What it does
- A board admin can create one SOP template and launch it repeatedly on different items without rebuilding steps (addresses 'Reusable item templates').
- An item user can mark each step as pass or fail and add an evidence note; timeline updates in the item view.
- A bulk SOP launch on a board with 5,000 items completes via cursor pagination and resumable jobs without duplicate item writes.
- Paid-only features are enforced server-side with requirePlan; free-plan access to paid endpoints returns HTTP 402.
- Requests signed for account A cannot read or mutate SOP data for account B; API returns 403 or 404.
