What it does
- Admin can save backup configuration (selected columns + retention + cadence) per board.
- Manual "Run backup" creates a snapshot metadata record and chunk records visible in board view.
- A large board with 5,000 items completes backup through paginated bulk-job execution without losing progress on resume.
- Plan gating: starting Pro-only restore scopes from Free/Starter returns HTTP 402 from server requirePlan, with no data writes.
- Cross-account isolation: account A cannot list, read, or restore snapshots from account B (403/404).
Install steps
- From monday.com, open Marketplace and find this app listing.
- Click Install and choose the workspace where you want to enable it.
- Approve requested permissions.
- Open the app feature in a board, item, or dashboard and complete setup.
First-use steps
- Open the app in your monday workspace and authorize required scopes.
- Pick the target board or dashboard context.
